Light Fruit Parfaits

1/2 cup fat-free dairy sour cream
Low-calorie powdered sweetener equal to 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, or 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange liqueur, raspberry liqueur, melon liqueur, or orange juice
1/4 of an 8-ounce container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
1-1/2 cups sliced, peeled peaches
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
Grated chocolate (optional)

In a medium bowl stir together the sour cream, powdered sweetener or powdered sugar, and liqueur or orange juice. Gently fold in dessert topping. In 4 parfait glasses, layer half of the peaches, raspberries, blueberries, and sour cream mixture. Repeat layering. If desired, sprinkle grated chocolate over each serving. Serve parfaits immediately or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
