Waldorf Salad

Serves about 6

Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt or Gaylord Hauser Spike Seasoning to taste

Salad:
4 diced apples (Granny Smith, Gala or Red Delicious)
3 stalks celery, diced
1 cup chopped walnuts

Blend dressing ingredients and set aside. Chop all salad ingredients evenly. Mix dressing with salad ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.

Would make this again.
Also, you can add raisins. I just use mayo with a sprinkle of sugar mixed in, rather than vinegar and lemon juice. Both are great.

Would make this again.
Try substituting vanilla yogurt instead of mayo...much more flavor and less calories!
