Reviews of Guinness Cake : 1-1 of 1 reviews Would make this again. this was very good. I substituted fruitcake fruit for the candied cherries and peel because that is all I could find in my little town. I also put it in a 9x13 pan and baked it an hour. My family asked to just have raisins next time I make it, but everyone at work loved it. e
